I am a woman-owned business enterprise licensed, bonded and insured
in Washington and Oregon.
25 Years Experience
I am a general construction contractor primarily doing demolition including
hand demolitions, select demolitions, salvage, house moves, roofing and
brick restoration with over 25 years experience. We have also worked as
consultants for companies in assisting them with their projects.
We Do Any Size Demolition
We can do any size demolition from removal of a garage to demolition of
a large commercial site. We started doing demolitions over 30 years ago
in Ashland, Oregon. Back then homes were more affordable but there was
no place to purchase salvaged materials to complete the renovations of
our historical buildings.

Anyone who does remodeling, architects, homeowners, contractors, rental property owners, landscape designers, artists, and other trades people. We are able to save them money and provide to them items which would not be available.

Saving The Environment And A Piece Of History
Saving the environment from disposing of items which can be recycled is
of utmost importance to us. Customers leave our jobsites with the knowledge
they are taking home a piece of history which otherwise would have been
destroyed.
Most Importantly Is To Reuse
We are very conscious in recycling as much of our demolished buildings
as possible. Upon beginning a project we assess what can be recycled for
future use. Plants, windows, doors, orchestral items, fir flooring, bricks,
lumber… virtually any item which can be gingerly removed can be
put to another use. This saves the environment from disposing of items
which can find new homes and new uses. If we continually destroy our heritage
what will be left for our children and grandchildren?
